Anderson / Rice
Not sure Anderson asked to leave, but apparently Sulli will let him go for 75 mil pending its a top 6 club. Noble saying Rice is a 50 mil player by now. Should be the other way round at least.

I can see Anderson leaving for 75 but would be madness to let Rice go for 50, but will we ever learn? Maybe Pellegrini can dig up another one like Anderson, but still...

not sure it would've been smart to call the 20 year old kid still playing under his wing a £90m player. wouldn't read anything more into it.

Percy,

Just checked it out, mate (yes - I really am that bored).

55.4 million Euros for Dier, apparently (still fucking madness).

69.2 million Euros for Rice.

Yeah hard to believe isn't it.
It's on the Forbes website which transfers you to the Observatory site.
Players values 2019.

EIGHTY ONE MILLION EUROS for Eric Dier ?

Re: Anderson / Rice
Football Observatory rates Eric Dier at 81 million euro's.
That's only because of his England caps.
Wouldn't know what value to put on Rice, certainty worth more than Dier.

I'd sell both at those prices before people suss out how overrated they are.

Re: Anderson / Rice
Anderson isn't worth £75m plus he has shown this year how consistently inconsistent he is so doubt a top club will come calling.

I'm bored with the Rice stories but even our muggy owners will know they could get north of £75m if his stock continues to rise.

Re: Anderson / Rice
Anderson has shown he is a 1 in 3/4 game player, as for Rice bidding should start at 100M if the auction starts.

Re: Anderson / Rice
A player of Andersons ability attracts attention, the problem is only when he does something good or effective, this is few and far between and it's not because we are not set up for him. He needs to show a lot more of being a driving force in the team getting great results before this is a worry and if someone does stump up that cash, TAKE IT!

Re: Anderson / Rice
£75m for Phil would be incredible business but not one of the top 6 clubs will do that kind of a deal for him

Hopefully next season he can show a bit more consistency and prove he's worth that kind of dough

Re: Anderson / Rice
When did you speak to Sullivan about this ?

I can’t see any big 6 team or Real being interested in Anderson.
Certainly not at that price

Noble saying that doesn't mean much. Just means he thinks he's a good player.

"Pellegrini can dig up another one like Anderson"

Mystery solved. Anderson plays like a genius when the Voodoo is working... and like a zombie when it's not

Re: Anderson / Rice
i dont think Pellegrini "dug up" Anderson, the entire world had seen him play. His inconsistency cost him a move to a big club, i'm not sure that's changed.

Rice? i think he stay a year or two longer - but you're right about £50m not being enough.
